What a great voice. What a great song.

Fantastic arrangements. Those musicians who did all the studio work on this Motown stuff were genius-category arrangers, yet they have mostly gone unrecognized. How can anyone make the background sounds so lush and so much fun, and yet not overshadow the actual song?
